Maureen’s School of Dance Recital Information
Save the Weekend of May 18-20, 2012
for our
38th Annual Dance Recital
We will be holding 2 different Dance Recitals at Willett Hall
on Saturday, May 19, 2012
and on Sunday, May 20, 2012
Most students will be in one recital or the other, but a few students may be in both.
A Mandatory Dress Rehearsal for all performers and Recital numbers
(except the Spotlight Dance Competition Team numbers that competed more than twice)
will be held at Willett Hall on Friday, May 18 for the Saturday, May 19 Recital
and on Saturday, May 19 for the Sunday, May 20 Recital.
You do not need to be present for the whole Dress Rehearsal - just for every number you perform in.
Your time to be at Dress Rehearsal will be announced by May 1, 2012.
Each performer will receive one voucher for one free ticket to the Recital they’re in.
This voucher can only be redeemed for a free ticket in person at the Willett Hall Box Office
or may be exchanged for merchandise from Maureen’s Dancewear Shop.
Since seating is reserved, if you want to sit together, you must purchase tickets together.
We suggest you get your tickets as early as possible!
Everyone entering the auditorium (except those under 2 years old on your lap)
must have a ticket - including the performer.
Tickets for each Recital will be available for purchase beginning at
on a first come, first served basis.

Ticketmaster online at www.ticketmaster.com
or at the Willett Hall Box Office (Mon. - Fri. from 9:30 AM - 5:00 PM).
REMEMBER:
To be fair to all performers,
students are not allowed to perform in the recital if:
They miss 8 classes during the year in one subject
(not counting scheduled holidays or when we are closed for inclement weather).
OR
They don’t rehearse their number on stage
with their class during their Dress Rehearsal.
