HOLIDAY CLOSINGS
Halloween Night - We will close at 6:00 PM so our students can go Trick or Treating. We will not hold any class that ends after 6:00 PM.
Thanksgiving Break - Wednesday, November 23 - Saturday, November 26, 2011 (inclusive)
Christmas Break - Tuesday, December 20, 2011 - Monday, January 2, 2012 (inclusive). Classes will resume on Tuesday. January 3,2012.
Easter Break - Saturday, April 7, 2012 - Friday, April 23, 2011 (inclusive). Classes will resume on Saturday, April 14, 2012.
Weather Closings - If Chesapeake Public Schools close for inclement weather, we will be closed too. If you call the studio after 2:00 PM on the day in question and get a recording, not a person, we are closed.
We will be open on Columbus Day (Monday, October 10, 2011), Veteran’s Day (Friday, November 11, 2011), Martin Luther King, Jr. Day (Monday, January 16, 2012) and President’s Day (Monday, February 20, 2012).

Final Recital Costume Payment Due - Saturday, December 3, 2011 at 12:00 NOON
Crazy Dress Week - Monday, February 6, 2012 - Saturday, February 11, 2012 during your regular class day and time. Wear your wildest most mismatched dancewear!
Recital Tickets Go On Sale - Saturday, March 31, 2012. (The Willet Hall Box Office will no longer be open that first Saturday of Recital Tickets Sales but Ticketmaster Outlets and Ticketmaster online will be).
Pre-Registration for our Summer Dance Workshop and for the 2012-2013 Dance Season startes on Monday, April 2, 2012.
Costume Try-On Days at the studio during your regular class time. In March, we’ll let you know which week you are assigned.

Week 2 - Monday, April 16 - Saturday, April 21, 2012
Week 3 - Monday, April 23 - Friday, April 27, 2012
Mother (or another female adult) must come with each student under 16 years of age for important instructions and to take the costume(s) home.
Recital Pictures - Monday, April 30, 2012 - Saturday, May 5, 2012 at the studio during your regular class time.
All numbers (including production numbers) will be photographed in full costume, with hair and make-up done!
Dress Rehearsal - Friday, May 18, 2012 for the Saturday, May 19, 2012 Recital at Willett Hall in Portsmouth (times TBA)
or Saturday, May 19, 2012 for the Sunday, May 20, 2012 Recital at Willett Hall in Portsmouth ( times TBA)

Video Parties & Pre-Registration - Monday, May 21 - Friday, May 25, 2012, at the studio during your regular class time (except Saturday students-day and time TBA). Come see the video of the recital ‘starring you’, order your recital pictures, register for our 2012 Summer Dance Workshop, Pre-Register for the 2012-2013 Dance Season and pick up your end-of-the-year gift.
