Save the Weekend of May 21 - 23, 2010
for our
36th Anniversary Dance Recital
“Merry Christmas”
This year, we will be holding 2 different Dance Recitals at Willett Hall
on Saturday, May 22, 2010 beginning at 5:00 PM
and on Sunday, May 23, 2010 beginning at 2:00 PM.
Most students will be in one recital or the other, but a few students may be in both recitals.
A Mandatory Dress Rehearsal for all performers and Recital numbers
(except the Spotlight Dance Competition Team numbers)
will be held at Willett Hall on Friday, May 21st beginning at 5:00 PM for the Saturday Recital
and on Saturday, May 21st beginning at 9:00 AM for the Sunday Recital.
You do not need to be present for the whole Dress Rehearsal - just for every number you perform in.
Your time to be at Dress Rehearsal will be announced in March, 2010.
Tickets for each Recital will be available for purchase beginning at
10:00 AM on Saturday, April 3, 2010 on a first come, first served basis.
You may purchase tickets through:
Ticketmaster Outlets (like Farm Fresh & Macy’s), Ticketmaster by Phone at 671-8100,
Ticketmaster online at www.ticketmaster.com
or at the Willett Hall Box Office (Mon. - Fri. from 9:30 AM - 5:00 PM).
The Willett Hall Box Office will be open for your convenience on one Saturday only, April 3, 2010,
from 10:00 AM - 2:00 PM. Recital Tickets are not sold at the dance studio.
Everyone entering the auditorium (except those under 2 years old on your lap)
must have a ticket - including the performer.
Each performer will receive one voucher for one free ticket to the Recital they’re in.
This voucher can only be redeemed for a free ticket in person at the Willett Hall Box Office
or may be exchanged for merchandise from Maureen’s Dancewear Shop.
Since seating is reserved, if you want to sit together, you must purchase tickets together.
We suggest you get your tickets as early as possible!
REMEMBER:
To be fair to the other performers,
students are not allowed to perform in the recital if:
They miss 8 classes during the year in one subject
(not counting holidays or days we are closed for bad weather).
OR
They don’t rehearse their number on stage
with their class during their Dress Rehearsal.
